Think outside 'the hutch'!

(November 24, 2013)

The minimum hutch size for a pair of medium sized rabbits as recommended by welfare organisations is 6ftx2ftx2ft. Access to an additional large attached exercise area is also very important. A hutch should only ever be a rabbit's bedroom.

However, for anyone considering a new rabbit set up there are many great alternatives to a traditional hutch. We have links to rabbit housing information on our rabbit housing page, and housing ideas in our housing gallery: http://www.campnibble.com/housing.html
