• Payments are to be made on arrival, all cheques to be made payable to Stephen Potts. 
  

• Please declare if your pet has any signs of illness or is pregnant. We reserve the right to refuse any very sick pets unless we have agreed to take them prior to arrrival. We expect bunnies to be vaccinated against fatal diseases such as myxomatosis and VHD so we cannot be held responsible if your pet develops such an illness whilst in our care. We will not be held responsible for illnesses/infections provided that we have cared for your pet to the best of our ability.
  

• For rabbit boarding you will be required to show us an up to date vaccination certificate on arrival. Alternatively we will be required to contact your vet in order to confirm that your rabbit is vaccinated. Unvaccinated rabbits will not be accepted.

• We strongly recommend that all rabbit owners have their rabbits treated with rearguard at their vets in order to prevent flystrike. We carry out frequent bottom checks and ensure that all rabbits are kept clean however will not be held liable in the unfortunate event that your rabbit becomes a victim of flystrike.

• We are happy to house bonded animals of the same species together. However, animals are housed together at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any fights between bonded animals housed together.

• If your pet does show sign of illness whilst in our care and we are concerned for their welfare, we will seek the advice of a local vet. By leaving your pet in our care you are agreeing to pay any vet fees incurred by your pet on collection.

• We reserve the right to rehome your pet if it is not collected and no contact is made after the agreed collection date.

• Sadly small animals can become ill and pass away with very little warning. We promise to take great care of your pet and will accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst in our care.

• Please ensure that you deliver/collect your pet at the agreed times. If you arrive outside of these times we may not be available. If you are delayed or need to change your agreed delivery/collection times please contact us to rearrange.

• Please ensure that you contact us as soon as possible should you need to cancel or change your booking.

• Camp nibble is situated in a residential area. Please be thoughtful when parking. We politely request that you park either in our drive or as near to our house as possible and take extra care not to block the drives of neighbouring houses.

• Camp Nibble has public liability insurance and is insured for pet loss only through proven neglect or injury on our part.

• We have three dogs living at Camp Nibble. We promise to ensure that they pose no threat to your pet, and they will not be allowed contact with them. They do not bark at or bother small animals as they have grown up with them.  Therefore, by completing our booking form you are agreeing to your pet staying on a premises where dogs also reside.

Camp Nibble is a small animal / pet holiday boarding house based in Leeds West Yorkshire. A friendly place to holiday for your rabbit / bunny, guinea pig, hamster, gerbil, rat, mouse, degu, chinchilla, reptile, ferret, tortoise, budgie, bird, insect, gold fish etc.
