Small Animal Surrender Form

* IMPORTANT PLEASE READ * We are unable to deal with any surrender enquires until March 2012. The shelter is run on a completely unpaid basis from our own home and we are having to take a very short period of maternity/paternity leave. During this time our main priority must be the day to day care of the 60+ rescue animals in our care and our family. If you are still needing to re-home your animal when we re-open to visitors in March please complete the surrender form at that time. Apologies for the inconvenience.
