This three year old guinea pig was sadly very neglected after her child owners became bored and no adults took responsibilty for their care. Ruby joined us with a severe mite infestation and had a majority of her coat missing. She has now recovered after treatment and a few weeks of TLC and has a very pretty new coat of fur.

Ruby is currently recoving from an operation to remove a mammory tumour. She is also being treated for a nasty leg wound. We believe this to be an old bite wound that has left her joint very infected.
