Elsie is a pretty crossbreed born in 2011. She has joined us as a single bunny from another rabbit rescue along with a bonded pair. They were all living as long term residents there due to having issues needing monitoring.
Unfortunately, Elsie has had many failed bonding attempts and is very rabbit aggressive. She is our only long-term rabbit resident living as a single bunny as this is always a very last resort for us.
We have kept Elsie with us to monitor her health after she sadly required a complicated hernia repair before joining us following a complication from her spay. She does appear to have made a full recovery from this, and we very much hope will have no future issues as a result.
Elsie is good natured girl who our fosterers have found a joy to look after.
We would love to find a special forever home for Elsie. Ideally, as a single house rabbit where she can get all of the love and attention that she needs. Unfortunately, due to her having had complications after her neuter, she may exclusions applied to any health insurance policy taken out for her by a new owner. We realise that this is an important consideration to anyone considering offering her a home.
If you might be able to offer Elsie a very special forever home as a single house rabbit please fill in our adoption enquiry form:
