Adoption Enquiry Form

By completing this adoption enquiry form you are of course under no commitment to rehome the animal you are enquiring about.

Please make sure that you are happy with the minimum donation amount that we require in order to allow you to adopt the animal from us.

We are very happy to give out help and advice to new owners before and after adoption, and we don't expect new owners to be animal experts. However, we expect potential owners to have done some research into the basic care and requirements of the animal they wish to adopt. Please ensure that you know enough about your chosen animal's needs and are confident that you are able to fulfill those needs for the rest of the animal's life before enquiring about adoption. Please read our adoption checklist before completing our adoption enquiry form.

* IMPORTANT PLEASE READ *  - All adoptions are currently on hold until March 2012. The shelter is run on a completely unpaid basis from our own home and we are having to take a very short period of maternity/paternity leave. During this time our main priority must be the day to day care of the 60+ rescue animals in our care and our family. If you are still looking for a rescue animal when we re-open to visitors in March please complete the adoption form at that time. Apologies for the inconvenience.
